Long History of Care

Our alliance proudly unites a network of nonprofit hospice organizations with decades of collective experience in providing end-of-life care and support services to their communities.

Steeped in tradition and guided by a deep commitment to humanity, our affiliates have been pillars of comfort and care in the healthcare sector for over 40 years. Together, they serve 7 counties across the State of Oregon (from Northern California to the Oregon/Washington border). Their nonprofit difference is rooted in a mission-driven approach, prioritizing patient well-being and quality of life.

Our commitment to the hospice community extends beyond affiliation—it represents a united effort to uphold the highest standards of care and support for those on their end-of-life journey. We are excited to share a series of videos featuring our passionate Executive Directors, each showcasing the benefits of being an ONHA affiliate..

These leaders highlight how ONHA affiliation makes them stronger together—gaining from a network of shared expertise, resources, and best practices that enhance care for patients and families. Watch the videos to explore the opportunities of ONHA affiliation and see how ONHA can help elevate your hospice organization to new heights.

We are indeed STRONGER TOGETHER.

Exceptional Care. Without Exception.

Care Partners’ mission is to provide exceptional care—without exception. Since 1982, Care Partners has delivered the kind of care they would want for their own families facing serious illness. Each person receives a customized plan shaped by their goals, needs, and preferences, and every dollar earned is reinvested directly into patient care.

Your Care. Our Mission.

At Klamath Hospice and Palliative Care, your care is their mission. The mission of Klamath Hospice is to improve the end-of-life experience for the seriously ill and their families. Klamath Hospice serves its mission by providing quality care to patients and families in the greater Klamath area and northern California regardless of individual circumstances and by advocating for and providing compassionate care, bereavement support, and public education.
